Testimonials from our learners
Konexio is a story of human connection, social impact, and solidarity
From warehouseman to team leader, Didier worked his way up through the ranks at Capgemini over the last twenty years. Having always been drawn to the world of development, he decided to make a career change in 2020: he joined Konexio's Web Developer training program, with the intention of becoming actively involved in the association. After his bootcamp, he became a volunteer for the DigiStart program, then an HTML and CSS trainer for following Web Developer promotions. Thanks to Konexio, he understands the importance of LinkedIn, which enabled him to be spotted by Omedom for the position of Fullstack developer. Before taking up the position in September 2022, he attended a specialized training course on Angular: "Thanks to Konexio, I had a very solid foundation on which to move forward." According to Didier, "A developer is someone who's always learning. You shouldn't be afraid of it, it's positive: you can't get bored!"

"Konexio helped me build a new personality, I learned new skills and even found new friends. The Konexio training didn't just teach me how to code, it also taught me to trust myself, to work on my weaknesses to communicate with others. Being a student at Konexio was the best experience I've had in a long time and now, after completing the training, I have countless job opportunities and a bright future." After a Full Stack Developer internship at Datoscout, Rahmad landed his first permanent contract in June 2022, at just 22 years of age, becoming Junior Full Stack Developer at Balyo.

Originally from Northern France, Elora moved to Paris at the age of 17 to work in restaurants. Encouraged by developer friends, she explored new professional opportunities and discovered the training offered by Konexio via Pôle Emploi, opening the door to the tech industry. After successfully completing Konexio's Web Developer program, she completed a 6-month practical internship with a team of developers, an opportunity that led to a permanent contract as a Software Engineer. Determined to continue her progression, Elora then joined the engineering department of an investment platform, while training in finance with a certification from Edhec. Since January 2023, she has held the position of CDI Full Stack Engineer at Roundtable.

Salesforce’s partner EI-Institut has been the designated Salesforce training center in France since 2009, training over 9,000 users, administrators, and developers. Konexio works directly with EI-Institut to guarantee the quality of its training courses for learners and companies alike.
The Individual Operational Preparation for Employment (POEI) is a French vocational training scheme designed to prepare job seekers for a specific position within a company. During the training period, the job seeker continues to receive unemployment benefits or other financial assistance while undergoing training. This program aims to boost a job seeker’s marketable skills while reducing the financial burden that typically comes with undergoing additional education, helping them integrate into the job market long-term.
To achieve this goal, Konexio is actively seeking interested companies to partner with for each cohort of students
Apprenticeship programs offer students a unique opportunity to combine theory and practice, providing a real springboard for future professional careers.
-
Gaining real-life work experience: Apprenticeship students have the opportunity to work in a company while pursuing their studies, giving them hands-on experience in their field of study.
-
Putting knowledge into practice: Thanks to apprenticeship programs, students can apply the theoretical knowledge acquired in the classroom directly in the field, reinforcing their understanding and know-how.
-
Skills development: Working in a company enables apprentices to develop professional skills such as communication, teamwork, and problem-solving that are in demand by employers.
-
Easier integration into the job market: Periods spent on the job give apprenticeship students the opportunity to build up a professional network and develop contacts that can facilitate their integration into the job market once they have completed their studies. Four out of five apprentices find a job after completing their contract.
-
Remuneration: Apprenticeship students generally receive remuneration during their apprenticeship periods, which can help finance their studies and reduce their financial dependence on their families.
-
Skills validation: Students obtain a diploma as well as recognized professional experience, making them more attractive to employers.
